Thomas H. Suter, 77, of Bellaire, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Shadyside Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Shadyside, Ohio. He was born August 19, 1946 in St. Clairsville, Ohio a son of the late Page and Bertha (McMahon) Suter. He attended the Community of Christ Church in Bellaire. He was a proud Army Veteran having served in Vietnam. Hal Irvin Pultz, 66 of Grand Bay, AL, formerly of Wheeling, died Monday, September 18 at his home. Hal was born July 28, 1957, the son of the late Harold Pultz & Betty (Hays) Pultz. Survivors of the family include son Jared, two granddaughters, Devanie & Hailey Pultz, 1st wife Debra Campbell of Auburndale, FL; brothers Rob of Norwalk, OH; Jay of Mill Spring, NC and Les of Benwood, WV. She was born December 1, 1936, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Edward “Bob’ Elmer and Lucy Mae Staib Seamon.
