She was born March 9, 1937, in Clarksburg, WV, daughter of the late Paul Sr. and Genevieve Scott Hunter. Eleanor was a retired nurse’s aide at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling, WV, and a Baptist with a true faith in God.
