WHEELING — The altered school schedule due to the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in many families seeking daytime childcare. Oglebay Institute is utilizing its resources to help fill that need. Woman’s Club of Wheeling to Hold Membership Tea

WHEELING ­— The Woman’s Club of Wheeling will hold its annual Membership Tea at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18 at Monument Place, Kruger Street, Elm Grove. New members will be initiated and honored at the tea, however it will be very different as the club plans to safely hold meetings and events by following the recommended guidelines.
