A Cameron man was arrested Friday after police discovered a sexual video of a minor on his cellphone.

Zachary James Heath, 21, of 523 Green Valley Road was charged with two counts of using minors in filming sexually explicit conduct. According to the criminal complaint filed against Heath, police discovered the video after someone gave the Cameron Police Department a lost cellphone.

While checking the ownership information, police found information on the phone regarding drug sales and trafficking.

Police then obtained a search warrant for the phone information and after an extensive examination, police found evidence of child pornography.

After a second search warrant was issued, the department also found a May 10 video showing a minor performing a sexual act on Heath.

Heath was released from the Northern Regional Jail on a $5,000 bond.
