WHEELING – Ghosts and goblins and friendly spirits are returning to Ohio County Schools, but they won’t be making much noise to scare anybody. The school district will host its annual sensory-friendly trunk-or-treat event from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 23 at Steenrod Elementary School.
