The First Judicial Circuit Court Judges did not have to look far to find the person to replace retiring Ohio County Circuit Clerk Brenda Miller. First Judicial Circuit Court Chief Judge Joseph E. Barki III announces the appointment of Ella McCardle to the position effective Monday. McCardle, an Ohio County resident, spent seven years as Deputy Circuit Court Clerk to Miller.
