West Virginia Voters Cast Primary Ballots Today

WHEELING — Today is Election Day for West Virginia voters, though if local early-vote numbers are any indication, there may not be a mad dash to the polls. Voting locations will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. across the state. Stonemile Group In Negotiations For Gateway Center Construction Contract

The latest step in the construction of the Wheeling Gateway Center was announced Monday, as the Wheeling-Ohio County Convention & Visitors Bureau said it would negotiate with Stonemile Group LLC to build the facility. Stonemile Group was the qualified lowest bid when bids from five companies were opened in April. Stonemile came in at $25,900,000.
