Thomas Henry “Tom” Holstein, 77, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Sunday, July 28, 2024, surrounded by family. He was born September 9, 1946, in Bethesda, Ohio, a son of the late Elden Ray Holstein and Carrie Elizabeth Williams Holstein. Tom was a 1966 graduate of Union Local High School and a retired track shop supervisor from Ohio Cat. He was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church in St. Clairsville.
