James Vincent Frio, 98, of St. Clairsville, OH, passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 at his home. He was born October 12, 1925, in Follansbee, WV, son of the late James and Mary Santoro Frio. He was a retired Welder for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company, Follansbee Coke Plant and a U.S. Army veteran who served during WWII. He was a Methodist by faith and loved to keep his wife happy.
