Donna Jean Donahie passed away peacefully Sunday, September 24, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital Continuous Care Center. She was born May 11, 1933, in Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of the late Theodore Aurthur and Georgia Agnes (DeFrank) Duck. Donna was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and a Martins Ferry High School graduate.
