Judy was born on September 21, 1940, in Sardis, Ohio, the daughter of the late James and June (Myers) Fuchs. Judy was a true “River Pilot”. Together Again James Samuel Hutchison, 95, of Wheeling, WV, died Monday, July 3, 2023. He was born February 3, 1928, son of the late Robert and Cynthia Murphy Hutchison. Jim was a graduate of Wheeling High School, a Methodist by faith and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He retired as a police officer after 22 years with the Wheeling Police Department and also retired as a mechanic for the Wheeling Housing Authority.
