Mark Charles Allen, 79, of McMechan, West Virginia, passed away on April 24, 2026, at Moundsville Healthcare. Born July 21, 1946, in Wheeling, he lived a life defined by dedication, skill, and service to others. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Harry E. and Bernice G. (Mathlage) Allen. His longtime partner, Mary “Liz” Clatterbuck passed away a day later.
