Born on April 19, 1943, Bob was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. A man of unwavering dedication, Bob proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Brooks Gerald Rossel, 84, of Moundsville WV, passed away on May 5, 2026, at his home. He was born on October 19, 1941, in Hagerstown, MD, to the late Gerald and Vera (McMillan) Rossel.
