Patricia Van Beneden, 82, formerly of Tiltonsville, OH, passed away, Friday, May 31, 2024, at Oakmont Manor Nursing Home, in Flatwoods, Kentucky. Friends will be received to pay tribute to Patricia and celebrate her life on Sunday, June 9th, from 4-7, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH. Daniel Zapolnik, affectionately known as Dan, passed away peacefully of natural causes on June 4, 2024, at Trinity West ER. Dan proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps before embarking on a career as a Lineman with Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, where he retired after many years of dedicated service. Dan is predeceased by his wife Joan Bartemes Zapolnik. He is survived by his children Daniel (Terri) Zapolnik and daughter Dana (Mike) Murphy.
