She was born September 23, 1934, at her homeplace in Dille, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo, and Opal (Brown) Lykins; husband Bonnie Monroe Acree; her oldest son Michael Lee Acree; sister Helen (Larry) Bunfill.
