CHARLES E. KYER, 91 of Weirton, WV passed away Tuesday April 25, 2023, at home. He was born April 30, 1931, in White Sulphur Springs, WV. The son of the late Fielding Hutton Kyer and Elizabeth Katherine Shrout Kyer. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Mary Patricia “Pat” Collins Kyer, whom he married in Liverpool, England. Charles was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. He served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War as a jet engine mechanic. His first retirement was from the West Virginia State Police after 25 years. ...
