Betty Marie Petri, 97, joined her family in heaven on January 28, 2024, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home. She was born in Wheeling, WV, on July 25, 1926, and led a life marked by love, strength and affection. She worked many jobs in her 97 years to support her family – from seamstress to her brother-in-law’s carpet store — with her last position as a file clerk in the office of her son-in-law, Dr. Richard F.
